Teach and grow talent to move partners toward self-sufficiency through harnessing tools including pre-opening new restaurant programs, executive training, manager training and people succession planning.


Equip partners with marketing and advertising tools to successfully market Chili’s® Grill & Bar to the local guest. Deploy tactics and strategies including consumer research, media planning, creative development, regional co-ops and social media.


Deliver innovative menu offerings to partners that are both aligned with Chili’s® Grill & Bar flavor profile. Support activities include menu deployment, product innovation, and culinary training and development.

Supply Chain Management

Leverage Brinker International supply chain and supplier/partner relationships to provide purchasing logistics solutions and product procurement/sourcing.


Influence partners to ensure optimal restaurant operations and self-sufficiency, utilizing operational metric tools including performance improvement, restaurant evaluation and deep-dive profit & loss assessments.
