Pre-Qualifiation

Complete a Request for Consideration form. Once submitted, you will be contacted by Brinker International’s Global Development team.

Application

Review and sign Confidentially Agreement.

Complete a Chili’s® Grill & Bar Franchise Application.

Business Plan

Develop a comprehensive 5-year Business Plan, including a robust financial profit & loss (P&L) exercise and market mapping study.

Provide verifiable evidence of financial performance and business sustainability, including:

  • Prior three year’s tax filings.
  • Balance sheet, P&L, cash flow statement per existing unit.
  • Personal guaranty.
  • Credit, business and personal references.
  • For new partnerships and corporations: personal financials for each partner, including statements verifying assets.
  • For existing entities with operating history: audited financial statements for most recent fiscal year and three years prior.

Review

Brinker International’s Global Development team will visit potential partner in the country of interest to observe existing business operations.

Brinker International will host potential partner at the Restaurant Support Center in Dallas, Texas, to meet with the Global Business Development team that supports business functions including Business Development, Architecture & Design, Opening Units, Finance, Training & Development, Operations, Marketing, Culinary, Supply Chain Management and Quality Assurance.

Brinker International to conduct individual and company background checks.

Agreement

Brinker International and potential partner execute business agreement.
