A traditional street side, end cap or in-line Chili’s® Grill & Bar restaurant is approximately 4,300-6,000 square feet and includes seating for 155-255 guests.
Non-traditional Chili’s® Grill & Bar restaurants for Airports and Universities can offer a smaller footprint of approximately 1,300-2,500 square feet and includes seating for 120 or fewer guests.
Flexibility is the key to fit in spaces that range from 1,300 square feet to 6,000 square feet. In addition we have developed smaller kitchen options that offer limited menu for non-traditional locations. In-line or end cap locations can be the perfect cost effective location to start or complete a market plan.
With various kitchen sizes of 550 square feet, for a reduced menu, and 750 square feet for a full menu available. The 750 square foot kitchen needs an additional 150 square feet for cooler and freezer space. Dining space requirements are 20 square feet per seat for either option. Also, a counter service model is available at approximately 2,900 square feet with a 700 square foot kitchen,
including cooler and freezer, and 128 seats.
