    Elaine L. Boltz is the Senior Vice President, E-Commerce, for The TJX Companies, Inc. since March 2011. Before joining TJX, Ms. Boltz was Senior Vice President of Strategy, Ecommerce and Marketing for Chico's FAS, Inc., and a member of the company's Executive Committee, from January 2008 to December 2009. Prior to this role, she served as Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer for Ann Inc. From 1996 to 2004, she was with the Boston Consulting Group, where she was a Principal within the retail consulting practice. She currently serves as a Board Member for Shop.org, and on the Board and Executive Committee of the Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange. Ms. Boltz has served on the Board of Directors since February 2015 and is a member of the audit and Governance and Nominating Committee of the Company.

    Joe DePinto is the President and CEO of 7-Eleven, Inc. and leads the premier company in convenience retailing. Globally, there are more than 59,300 7-Eleven stores of which some 10,730 stores are in North America.

    Before being appointed Chief Executive of 7-Eleven, Inc. in 2005, DePinto was President of GameStop Corporation. He has also held executive positions at PepsiCo, Inc. and Thornton Oil Corporation.

    DePinto is a Board Director of 7-Eleven, Inc., Seven & i Holdings Co., Ltd. and is Chairman of the Board of Brinker International. Additionally, he is a Board Member of Business Executives for National Security and the Southwestern Medical Foundation. He is also a member of the Kellogg School of Management Global Advisory Group and the Dallas Stars Ownership Advisory Group. In addition to serving as the Brinker International Board Chairman, Mr. DePinto has served on the Board of Directors since November 2013.

    A native of Chicago, Illinois, DePinto earned a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Prior to his time at QVC, Mr. George served as Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager of Dell, Inc. and Senior Partner at McKinsey & Co., Inc. George serves on the board of directors for Liberty Interactive Corporation, the Kimmel Center, Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, and the Pennsylvania Business Council. He is also chair of the Corporate Council for the National Constitution Center. Mr. George joined the Board of Directors in March 2013 and is a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees of the Company.

    William Giles currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance, Information Technology and ALLDATA for AutoZone. Before his time with AutoZone, Mr. Giles spent 15 years with Linens n Things, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Giles is a member of the American Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPAs. Mr. Giles serves on the Youth Villages Board of Directors, United Way Finance Committee, Lausanne Collegiate School Board of Directors, the AutoZone Liberty Bowl Board of Directors, and the Brinker International board. Mr. Giles joined the Board of Directors in March 2013 and is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and also a member of the Compensation Committee of the Company.

    Gerardo (Gerry) I. Lopez currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Extended Stay America, Inc. since August 2015. Prior to joining Extended Stay America, Inc., Mr. Lopez served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of AMC Entertainment, Inc. from March 2009 to August 2015, and held a variety of esteemed positions, including President of Global Consumer Products at Starbucks Coffee Company, President at Handleman Company, and President of the International Division of International Home Foods. He has also held a variety of executive management positions with Frito-Lay, Pepsi-Cola and the Procter & Gamble Company. Mr. Lopez sits on the board of National Cinemedia, LLC., Digital Cinema Implementation Partners, Open Road Films and Recreational Equipment, Inc. Mr. Lopez joined the Board of Directors in February 2013 and is a member of the Audit and Governance and Nominating Committees of the Company.

    Jon L. Luther serves on the Board for Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc., as well as, Six Flags Theme Parks and TempurSealy. He retired as the Chairman of the Board of Dunkin' Brands in May 2013, having transitioned out of the role of Executive Chairman, a position he held from January 2009 to July 2010. Mr. Luther was Chief Executive Officer of Dunkin Brands from January 2003 to December 2009. In 2006, the board granted Luther the additional role of Chairman. Currently, Mr. Luther is the Chairman of the Trustees at The Culinary Institute of America.

    Mr. Luther served as President of Popeye’s Chicken & Biscuits from January 1997 to December 2002. Mr. Luther also served as President of CA One Services, a subsidiary of Delaware North Companies, from 1992 to 1997. Mr. Luther has served on the Board of Directors since April, 2011 and serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Compensation Committee and also serves on the Governance and Nominating Committees of the Company.

    George R. Mrkonic is the Non-Executive Chairman (Director since 1999; Chairman since 2005) of Paperchase Products Limited, London, UK, a retailer of cards, stationary, wrap and gifts in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Previously he was President of Borders Group, Inc. from December 1994 until January 1997 and Vice Chairman from December 1994 until January 2002. Mr. Mrkonic currently serves as a Director for AutoZone, Inc., and Ulta Beauty, and also previously served on the Boards of Borders Group, Inc., Nashua Corporation, Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc., and Syntel, Inc. Mr. Mrkonic has served on the Brinker Board of Directors since September 2003. He is the Board Vice Chairman as well as the Chairman of the Compensation Committee and also serves on the Governance and Nominating Committee of the Company.

    Jose Luis Prado is President of Evans Foods, the global leader of Pork Rind Snacks. Previously, Mr. Prado served as President of Quaker Oats North America from January 2011 to September 2014, and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Grupo Gamesa-Quaker, PepsiCo International, Monterrey, Mexico, from August 2002 to December 2010. Mr. Prado currently serves as a Director for Northern Trust Corporation and as a Trustee of the Chicago Counsel on Global Affairs, One Goal Chicago, The Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Lyric Opera of Chicago and the National Museum of Mexican Art. Mr. Prado has served on the Board of Directors since July 2015 and serves on the Compensation Committee of the Company.

    Wyman T. Roberts serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of Brinker International, Inc. and President of Chili’s Grill & Bar. Mr. Roberts joined Brinker in August 2005 as Senior Vice President and President of Maggiano’s Little Italy, adding Chief Marketing Officer to his responsibilities in March 2009. He was appointed as President of Chili’s Grill & Bar in November 2009 and added his current responsibilities in January 2013. Prior to joining Brinker International, Inc., Mr. Roberts served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for NBC’s Universal Parks & Resorts. He is also a 17-year veteran of Darden Restaurants, Inc., where he held numerous senior level positions, most recently Executive Vice President of Marketing for the Red Lobster brand.
