Giving back to the communities where we live and work is one of Brinker International's core values. We contribute millions of dollars to charitable organizations each year, as well as thousands of hours of volunteer time from our Team Members. Our main areas of giving are Health, Arts & Culture and Social Services.

Guidelines

Brinker International's Charitable Committee needs the following information from organizations requesting donations. This information must be submitted on the organization's official letterhead.

• The exact amount requested and the specific purpose for the donation briefly summarized on one to two typewritten pages. The request should detail how the donations will be used.
• Information about your organization, including proof of 501(c)(3) status and sources of funding.
• Information, if any, concerning past or current involvement of Brinker International Team Members with the organization.

Requests that don’t meet these requirements cannot be considered.

Restrictions

The Brinker International charitable giving program does not support the following:

• Religious organizations or programs
• Individuals seeking aid
• Agencies that receive United Way funding
• Organizations lacking proof of 501(c)(3) status
• Political organizations or candidates
• Conferences; seminars; or reunions
• Research projects
• Travel for individuals or groups
• Capital campaigns

How to apply

To submit your request for a charitable donation, please send your written proposal on an official letterhead of the 501(c)(3) organization to:

Or FAX your request to: (972) 770-5977. We cannot accept requests or inquiries by telephone.

Requests for donations are reviewed on an ongoing basis. It may take four to six weeks to review your request, so please allow enough time if your request is related to a specific event. Due to the volume of requests and proposals we receive, we are unable to follow up with each individual personally.

If your request is approved, you’ll be notified by mail.
