The Chili’s menu has grown to offer a variety of Fresh Tex™ and Fresh Mex favorites, which boast bold flavors that are signature of the brand’s Texan roots fused with Mexican influence. Some highlights include:
Baby Back Ribs, all slow-smoked in-house daily over pecan wood, featuring mouth-watering favorites like the Original, Dr Pepper ®, Craft Beer and Honey Chipotle.
Craft Burgers, available with 100 percent grass-fed beef patty that is antibiotic free and has no added hormones, cage-free egg or 100 percent USDA Choice patty; favorites include the Ultimate Bacon Burger, Sunrise Burger and Guacamole Burger.
Sizzling Steaks, features 100 percent USDA Choice sirloin served on a bed of grilled asparagus and garlic-roasted tomatoes with a side of homestyle fries; favorites include Citrus-Chile Avaocado Sirloin, Honey-Chipotle Shrimp & Sirloin and Ancho-Crusted Sirloin.
Sizzling Fajitas like the Grilled Chicken or Steak, Pork Carnitas or Seared Shrimp served with sliced bell peppers and caramelized onions and topped with chipotle-garlic butter and chopped cilantro.
Fresh Mex Bowls, such as Margarita Chicken and Chipotle Chicken with house-made corn & black bean salsa, citrus-chile rice, house-made pico de gallo, fresh field greens, crispy tortilla strips and fresh sliced avocado layered in every bite.
Top Shelf Tacos, features three tacos wrapped in soft flour tortillas and served with citrus-chile rice and black beans; favorites include Prime Rib Tacos, Carnitas Tacos and Spicy Shrimp Tacos.
