Harriet Edelman is the former Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Avon Products, Inc., serving in this position from January 2000 through March 2008, and as Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain from May 1996 to January 2000. Ms. Edelman serves on the Board of Directors of Ariba, Inc. and serves as Advisor to the Chairman for New York Private Bank & Trust. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Police Athletic League of New York. Ms. Edelman has served on the Board of Directors since March 2008 and is a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees of the Company.
