It Starts with Our Ingredients

At Chili’s, we serve all-natural 100% USDA-inspected ground beef, baby back ribs and white meat chicken, which you can find even on our Kids menu and in our hand-battered chicken crispers. Maggiano’s serves only all-natural beef and veal steaks. You’ll find no monosodium glutamate (MSG) or partially hydrogenated oils (PHOs) in our food.

Chili’s
At Chili’s, menu favorites are made fresh daily: salsa and pico de gallo with fresh tomatoes, ranch dressing with real buttermilk, and hand-battered chicken crispers. Our baby back ribs are slow smoked in house. Burgers and steaks are grilled to order for each and every guest.
Maggiano’s
Maggiano’s brings the classic Italian-American food experience to life with made-from scratch pasta sauces, salad dressings, desserts, and soup. Every Maggiano's has a trained executive chef who takes pride in preparing hand-crafted recipes – Mom's Lasagna, Chicken Parmesan, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Meatballs, Zuccotto Cake and Tiramisu.

ANIMAL WELFARE

Antibiotics
Antibiotic resistance is a serious health concern. We fully support FDA actions to eliminate antibiotic use for growth promotion and feed conversion. Of course, farm animals sometimes become sick. We work with suppliers to ensure antibiotics are used only when medically necessary and prescribed by a veterinarian. In addition, we are committed to working with our chicken suppliers toward eliminating the use of all medically important antibiotics, with exceptions for treatment and non-routine control of diagnosed illness.
Chicken
Broiler welfare is essential for humane treatment of chickens. We’re working alongside suppliers, farmers and animal welfare experts to enhance broiler welfare in these key areas by 2024: Responsible broiler breeding Improved living conditions, including light and litter Additional space for chickens Improved humane processing methods
Eggs
We are committed to sourcing exclusively cage-free eggs across our supply chain by 2025.

Pork
We’re working with our suppliers to implement group housing systems for all of our pork products by the end of 2025.
Seafood
Our farm-raised seafood comes from certified, sustainable farms that follow best aquaculture practices defined by the Global Aquaculture Alliance, whose certification program has become one of the most influential forces in sustainably farmed seafood.
Produce
Our fresh produce suppliers value sustainability and recognize their impact on natural resources. They employ sustainable practices such as composting, erosion control, water conservation, integrated pest management, crop rotation and renewable energy to reduce their overall footprint on the environment.

Our menus reflect the tastes and need of all our Guests, including those with dietary preferences or restrictions.

At Chili's, Guiltless Grill menu items weigh in at under 630 calories with no compromise on the same bold, fresh flavors you can expect from Chili's.
Maggiano's transforms classic Italian-American dishes like Chicken Parmesan and Veal Marsala to offer guests a Lighter Take on many favorites. We put a flavorful twist on better-for-you foods and have changed up prep and ingredients – such as using lemon zest instead of lemon butter or pan-sauteed chicken instead of fried.
Allergens
In today’s culinary reality, food allergies, sensitivities and intolerances are common. In fact, Maggiano’s was rated #1 on Allergyeats.com as the most Allergy Friendly Large Chain restaurant in the industry in 2017 and 2018. Chili's also provides allergen guides online and in-restaurant via Chili's Ziosk devices to help our Guests make safe menu choices.
Vegan/Vegetarian
Veggie options are a healthy lifestyle choice for many of our Guests. Both of our brands offer dietary guides highlighting all of our delicious, vegetarian and vegan items, like Maggiano's Mediterranean Spaghetti or Chili's Black Bean and Veggie Fajitas.
